-- What should I have kept from the past? (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=22218)

What should I have kept from the past?

Here's another question to waste bandwidth.

What object (toy, car, clothes, etc.) from your past do you wish you would have held onto?

I'm in a dither as to whether I should have kept my '67 Pontiac Firebird w/ a 326 and a Holly 4-Barrel, or my Micronauts. Or my black leather motorcycle jacket that I hand painted with Celtic knots.

Being that would have been a one-of-a-kind, you should've kept it.

(I think you meant to say 327, right?)

Mark, does that mean I should cherish this time in my life?

My Treo 600 is my phone, my PDA, my watch, and my MP3 player. Oh yeah, I take a picture once in a while with it. Convergence is such a great thing.

No, au contaire' mon petit, the '67 Firebird came with a 326 (said so with cute little red enameled numbers on the hood). While most people remember the 327 engine as an option on a lot of cars back then, the Firebird had several available engines, the 326 being one of them.

It also had a metallic gold vinyl interior, a translucent lucite steering wheel, and a hood tach, all factory options.

Here is a link to one with a 326.

Hmmm...

I wish I would have kept my original Star Wars Death Star with action figures. I wish I would have kept all of the action figures in their original packaging. I wish I would have kept my X-wing starfighter.

I wish I would have kept my light-bright.

Thanks, now I really want another one. Shoot, I wish I hadn't gotten rid of my '49 Dodge PowerWagon or my '52 Willys Jeep Station Wagon either. The wife says I can start again once we build a shop out back. Maybe before I'm 40!

I think I still have one of those hiding somewhere (Adventure!)

As long as we stand united!

The great thing about having three boys is we get to play all day on my day off! I am a Lego maniac! Woo Woo!

Its kind of funny. When you check the window sticker on the web page, the "Push Button Radio" was a $61.09 option. My guess is that today if you could get a simple AM/FM push button radio, the price would be.....about $61. My barebones CD/AM/FM radio was only $90.
