-- The BEST stylus for the VISOR? (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=3456)
Thanks for being patient with all
my questions. I am a soon-to-be
VISOR owner, as I just ordered mine
last night.
What is the best stylus for the buck,
excluding the 5-pack?
I need one that is comfortable, writes
smoothly, and is best for VISOR recognition.
Thanks

I will second the vote for the PDA Panache stylus. I ordered one before my Visor arrived and I am very happy with it. It feels good in your hand and it makes writing on the Visor MUCH easier!!

yeah, i got a black Pdapanache visor stylus before the holidays and it's been great.. alot nicer than the stock stylus!

"Dittos" to all of the previous comments regarding the PDA Panache stylus. They also have great customer service! I lost the cap to my stylus and they sent an entire new stylus, no charge! I think they were so generous because of my humorous situation... see below:

Hello Mr. Hudson,
We're bowled over by your plight. We will see if we can't flush out a
spare cap for you today, no charge. Just promise us you'll stop playing
Kyle's Quest in the john, OK?
Best regards,

I have never seen anyone mention it on any forum, but I have been very happy with my Cross Digiwriter for many years. I got it long ago for my Pilot 1000. I never had even the hint of a scratch, and it has a very smooth feel on the screen. Of course, I used the default stylus with my Visor for 2 months and never had a scratch either. I think ya'll are just pressing too hard on the screen.
The only downside is that it doesn't have a regular pen with it, and I miss that sometimes.

Yeppers, I'll have to agree, the PDA Panache stylus is the way to go. I've got the black one and love it!

I will cast my vote for the PDA Panache as well. Great weight and feel, very smooth. I like the fact that it sticks out above the top of the Visor as well. At first it tended to get stuck in the slot, but now everyting is "Worn In" and it is very slick.
So no go on the 5 pack styli?
I'm getting one of the styli from the 5 pack for 5 bucks so its no loss if it doesn't work great.. but would you guys defintely recommend the panache over the 5 pack styli?
I've read about all the problems with rough tips they are having..
Any feedback on that would be great.
