Decision decision...

HELP..!!!
I can't decide on which modem module to order. There's a really good price on the original Thinmodem ($50 after rebate) and Xircom Springport 56K ($40) at Palmgear.com. If anyone have had any good experience with either one, please help me decide. Although, I like the slim form factor of the thinmodem but is it worth the extra $10?

If you have anf AAA powered Visor, then get the Xircom and carry extras.
If you have a rechargeable battery, get the thinmodem.

ThinModem

ThinModem for me. Error free 56K (almost 56K on clean lines), good support, flush with case, and a little flash memory (509 Kb), and the USB Mover to transfer files from your desktop to the flash memory without syncing.

The flash in the Thinmodem is unusable isnt it? Unless you are talking about the thincom+

I got a Thinmodem after the update came out, apparently one of the new features was the ability to utilize the flash memory that was left over after apps, but everything I try to put in mine crashes!

I have a thinmodem (not the +) and have had no problems using the flash. I have an 8MG flash module as well, and the only diff. seemed to be the amount of memory.
