Importing to Palm Desktop 4.0.1

I haven't imported into the address book in some time, but it seems to me that I used to create a dummy address entry in the new category, change the fields to my satisfaction, then press the "save as default" or "use as default" button.

This, newer, version of the Palm Desktop doesn't have that button. At least I can't find it.

Anybody know where it is?
