Failed hotsync connector

The hotsync connector on my Prism came off the other day. No, no metal parts broke, it's more the the solder failed on all pins of the connector including the tabs on the side. Very strange. I was able to solder them back on but I wouldn't expect this to happen. My Prism is just over a year old.

It has happened 3 times to me. THREE times. It's insane! poor design if you ask me...
