splash money trouble

I have a Visor Plat. I'm trying to sync my checking and savings account via splash money. I'm doing so by exporting a QIF file from Moneydance 3.2 (http://www.moneydance.com) and reading the QIF file in via synchronizing with the splashmoney conduit. I'm using Splashmoney 2.63, and I'm using Monedydance version 3.2.

What I'm seeing is that the HS VIsor has been synching with the computer for almost an hour now and hasn't finished yet.

My QIF file is 211KB, and I have about 3MB of memory space left on my Visor. So why is it synching for over an hour now and has not finished.
