Errors with Memplug CF...Help!

I bought the Memplug CF this afternoon, and since creating a couple of directories, moving QuoVadis (both program and maps) onto the card, and enabling PiDirect, I've been getting the following error:

/Src/HsExtCard.c,
Line:4408
HsSysPatchRemove err
RESET

I've had to hit the reset button on the back of my Plat each time (pressing the RESET button on the screen does nothin). This now happens each time I try to use any of the Pi apps (PiDirect, PiMover, etc.), but not CSpotRun or gMovie.

Now I finally did some checking, and it turns out the brand of CF card I bought isn't compatible with the Memplug. Could this be the reason for the error, or does anyone have any ideas of anything else I might be screwing up?

I'll be getting a new card tomorrow...

Hi,

It is a known problem with old version of PiDirect which has conflict with Handspring updater 1.4

Please go to our webpage to download our lastest updater.

To solve your problem now.
You can disable pidirect by press page up during reset.
Then go to PiDirect, click disable after reset.
and do the reset again.

In case you still have problem,
