Does it strike anyone else as bizarre that a computer company (which, after all is said and done, is what Handspring is) can�t find out what is happening with a given order at a given time?
There is post after post here about long waits while customer service people scramble to get any information for the customer.
It boggles the mind that they could be this inept at order tracking. What are they doing, keeping track of orders on index cards?
Or maybe they are using a WIN/CE handheld.

Probly sevearl diferent databases with difrent ppl having diffrent acces levles. I cant go in to more detail than that

Truth be told, they're keeping track of the orders on a IIIx! But with that limited storage space...
