-- You MUST try the new handspring graffiti recognition patch for Prism/Platinum!!! (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=16495)

I downloaded the most current Pi Drivers and I am going to leave the patch installed. I would say if you are experiencing no problems, leave it. If you run into some quirks later on, then delete it and see if that fixes the problem.

Some Display Problems

I'm beta testing some new Astraware games and experienced some display problems related to the 1.4 update. For example, reversion of background color to white in some text boxes on graphics screens.

Ditto for me, I've had to revert to 1.2 *sigh* I can't type anything anymore! I sure do hope Handspring releases a 'fixed' 1.4 update, there's a huge difference for me as far as graffiti recognition goes.

Unfortunately besides the betas of some games, I've problems with a database app (the gnome one) a doc reader, a utility, a ... (the list goes on, 1.4 was nothing but disaster for me)

grrr, add me to the group. I finally got my CF memplug today and was happy to stick it in and play but I kept getting fatal errors until I took out the 1.4, and that even with the newest PI drivers... oh well gotta live with my unrecognizable g's.
