I was speaking to a CSR and he said that the first 2000 or so will be shipping, by a raise of hands, who here thinks they have sold that many, through their call centre. Especially if they had paper entry initially. I recommend that anyone who has changed their order to call them again and confirm the change.

BTW he told me that mine will be shipped on the second teir, so I should get it by the end of October.

Similar to another post- if we keep calling C.S. they will less likely be able to input the handwritten information into the database. It will delay the emailing confirmations.
I find it hard to believe the number of people who called more than once to C.S. and the amount of varying answers/responses from those folks....don't evoke a lot of trust. I'd rather see it in print or email and then I've got something concrete to hold on too.
