I was wondering what the "clues" are that Handspring slipped you a refurbished model? Thanks.

Dunno. The slightest of scratches on the case perhaps? Check the springboard slot. I don't recall if my original Visor Deluxe had scratches there, but the replacement I got did. Not a big deal for me.
