I've just installed Palm Desktop on a new PC, and Hotsync works fine, does not generate any errors, but the Address Book is not synchronising (though it displays the "Synchronising Address Book" message, and says it was completed OK. The first time I ran Hotsync (when the newly installed Desktop was empty), it generated "garbage" characters in the address book. Since then, I have copied the address.dat from my old PC onto the new one, and it looks fine on the Desktop, but any changes made on either the Desktop or the Handheld just are not transferred. I've tried specifying to overwrite handheld with desktop, but it still doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas ?? Thanks
