Fellowes Pocket Keyboard and Springboard Modules don't work together?

I have received the Fellowes PDA Pocket Keyboard for the Handspring Visor Prism and have tried to use it while connected to the internet on the VisorPhone. I can't get the two to work together(Also tried it with the Xircom Springboard and didn't work either, looks like any communication Springboard attached won't work at this point).

When I try to enable the keyboard with the VisorPhone installed, I get the following Error:

"SerialCom Error #2

The device couldn't be attached at this time. It may not be connected.

The keyboard will not be enabled."

Has anyone seen this problem or been able to overcome it? Are there any new drivers out for this keyboard? If I remove the VisorPhone, the keyboard driver can be enabled and works fine. The Stowaway doesn't have a conflict like this and works great while connected to the Internet on the VisorPrism/VisorPhone. I love the design of this keyboard and hope there is a new driver or fix for this problem.

Thanks for any Assistance and Happy Holidays!

Unfortunately, that sounds like a driver problem. I think the SnapNType has a similar problem. While this probably won't do you any good until after the holiday, try contacting Fellowes tech support.
