If i order online will have i those double charge, delay shipment, or even get a messed up visor? why do many people are complaning about their service?

All I can tell you is that the problem is supposed to be fixed for the web orders now. All of the gripes you hear now seem to be from the unfortunate 10/6-10/8 web orders. Many people have ordered in late October and received their Visors in less than 4 weeks. I am still patiently waiting for mine (Oct 7 web order).
Honestly - I think that it is a gamble.
