NIB Visor Deluxe Blue W/Serial!

I got the Visor as a present but want to upgrade to the Edge. However, Handspring won't allow an exchange without crediting and rebilling the original credit (can't do that b/c it was a present). I got the Visor on 6/14/2001 and have been using it for two days. I am in the NY Metro area and want to move this Visor for $165 - serial cradle and stylus included!
