Downloading Epocrates

I recently got a new PC with WindowsXP. I have successfully installed the palm software and can hotsync between my handheld and the desktop. however I am unable to download epocrates to my desk top. The error # (0x80040303) set will terminate keeps appearring. I have also received the error # (-2147220733) "error occured during move data process." Can alnyonehelp me.
