Here is the situation: I have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Visors to the people who ordered them on 9/14 (you brave souls you...) so as to make sure that they weren't problematic and actually to some use. Now that the time has come, I am needless to see apprehensive about ordering one. With all the postings of terrible customer support, the mistakes and horror stories I feel as if it is not worth it to get one.

Don't get me wrong, I want ONE. Really badly. I was going to wait for the online store to come back online so I could check my order and also pick up a case and a styli pack. This option doesn't seem to be available for a while. So the question is, is it worth all the hazards to get one? And while you�re at that, what color should I get?
