Does anyone know of an IrDa adaptor for a cellphone, specifically the Samsung SCH-3500?

What I would like to find is a IrDa adaptor that plugs into the cell phone and would allow IrDa communication between the cellphone and Visor Deluxe.

This would allow transfer of a phone number from VDx to cellphone and then one could just initiate the dial sequence from the phone itself.
