Screen bubble?

I have a visor deluxe and have used it for quite some time (almost 2 years). Recently I have noticed what appears to be a bubble under the screen. I can get it to move with the stylus, but it always returns to center. It is clear and has a prism like effect around the edges.

Any suggestion? Can I safely seperate the glass from the lcd screen (as if doing a screen repair) Or is it something that needs to be replaced.
