I recently bought the Visor Platinum and downloaded the Palm 3.5OS update for the EyeModule, but apparently it doesn't work with the upgraded 3.52 HSS extensions patch that HandSpring is recommending that all Platinum/Prism users download from their site at http://www.handspring.com/support/t...11_readme.jhtml

Has anyone else had this problem and if so any solutions?

Also, does anyone know how to delete this patch?
