I downloaded MakeDocW and synced it into my Visor just fine, but it will not show in my applications. It only shows in the 'INFO' section that it is installed. It is also deletable.

But, it is not accessible. I also synced a Word 97 document to see if that would engage the MakeDocW program, but it did nothing. It also was showing in the 'info' and 'delete' section.

What is going on? How do I access these.

By the way, I have successfully downloaded other programs just fine.

if you have already made sure that you're looking at ALL the apps in the palm launcher (- by choosing all in the little arrow dropdown menu), i would try to reinstall. but that's just me.
