Well, I got my Omnisky yesterday and set it up this morning. Initial software installation went without a hitch. However, when modem was installed on Prism, I could not connect and was experiencing many SOFT resets. I called Omnisky TEch support and he was very helpful with guiding me through the following:

1) Change IP address
2) Disable MegaLauncher

After these items were done, I got the system working.

Overall, the modem is larger than I expected and I will need to think hard about what kind of case I want. I defininately think that I am out of the "pocket size" range.

Anyway, has anybody else had problems with using 3rd party Launchers with Omnisky?

Also, what are some case recommendations for a Prism w/ Omnisky?
