AvantGo won't sync

Is anyone else having a problem getting AvantGo to hot sync?
I keep getting the error " handheld file not found 4003"
Any suggestions?

I don't know if this is the same problem I had a while ago with synching the Visor Deluxe with my iMac. But I found an update to the Palm desktop which fixed it. Be sure you have the latest software on both the Visor and the desktop.
I don't remember that error message, though.
