Babylon5...your going to love the EB case.. I've only been using it for 2 days but it is exactly what I had hoped it would be....in a word...compact.. and very functional.. sync-in-the-case works fine..IR works fine, without removing the Visor.. You can get to the Stylus without removing the Visor..screen is well protected..I keep a small stickypad in the module cover(handy) and swap it out for the backup module when out of town. Well made of good leather..only problem is they overcharged me $5.

does such a thing exist? Anything close? I have looked at fredlet.com, pilotgear and several other sites. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

I am also looking for a case with the same criteria. I am interested in your quest. Please let me know how it goes

There is something close...

It fits all of the things you want except for the belt clip. I doubt you will find a non-velcro belt clip one. I'm thinking about buying the DVP2 from Devian. Here is the link to its site:
http://www.devian.com/dvp2.htm

See the bottom of the page for pictures. It looks like your best bet at a good price! I think it is cheaper at PalmGear.com so check there first. I may be wrong though.

Talking

the rhinopak 2000 has all those things and room for about 1000 more - springboards, checkbook, karma cloth, etc. i love mine.

as for a belt clip, no - but it does have belt loops - and you have to but your own notepad, but it fits right in the inside pocket.

hope this helps - there's a review of it somewhere on this site.
