Question strange hotsync error msg

I've been trying to hotsync and keep getting the following message:

"Some handheld records were not copied to your PC. Your computer may be full or you may have reached the maximum allowed records on the desktop. To correct this situation, delete some records and perform a HotSync operation again."

Has anyone else ever gotten this before? I know it must be a problem on my desktop because this only happens on my home computer--I can still sync w/ no problems at work. The issue is I don't know exactly what kind of files I'm supposed to delete and I don't want to screw things up. Do I need to go into my backup buddy archives? Since there's nothing I want to delete, could I somehow increase the number of maximum allowed records? Arrgh!

Thanks

I have gotten this message a couple of times. I deleted some of my memos (down to 25 memos) on my Visor and it got rid of the message. At the time I thought that maybe you could only sync 25 memos. That doesn't seem to be the case, though, because I've got close to 30 now and I'm not getting the message.

So in other words, I'm not sure my solution will work, but you could give it a try. Just make sure you save the memos in an archive on you're PC if you want to keep them for later).

I've gotten the message before but i think it said it was my datebook... I've got around 170 memos..
I synced again and the message was gone... weird.
