I ordered a Visor on (10/5), and later decided I need a VDx, but because customer service was useless, I couldn't find a way to change my order. The Visor arrived today, and I've been waiting so damn long that I'm tempted to use it for a month until the VDx arrives (ordered 11/5), and then return it. Does anyone know if that'll fly, or should I just sell it here (unopened) or on eBay? Any obvious flaws in the use-and-return plan? Does anyone have experience with the HS returns dept? Any help is appreciated.

Return policy is 30 days from the day you received your Visor.
