I sync my Visor with Outlook 2000 and I don't see any contacts in my handheld from my Outlook contact list. Am I missing something ?

1) Check your Sync log and see if there are any errors listed.
2) From the Handspring CD, go into folder palmsfw\disk1\Pocket Mirror and run Setup. This will install the appropriate Pocket Mirror conduit for Outlook (why didn't the regular install do this?).

See if that solves your problem.
