Missing records when synching Outlook

I have recently purchased a Visor Neo and have it set to synch all components (mail, contacts, calender, etc..) with MS Outlook. For some reason, certain Outlook contact records are not synched with my Visor. In other words, most of the contacts that were entered in my PC show up on the Visor after synching, but many do not. I cannot find anything different about the records that do not show up.

Any thoughts out there?

Are you using the categories in Outlook? If so the MIA ones might be due to them being in a seperate category.
