I just bought mine today at CompUSA (in Bridgeton, MO) They've got at least 4-5 left. I have to admit that I am fairly impressed with it.

I've heard people complain about not being able to use it on their lap. I disagree. You can't sit there with your legs spread (perverts go away), but if you're sittin' on the Metro...you should be able to get something done.

Only complaint I have...I'm so scared when attaching it. You have to use a little force to get it on the clips. They seem pretty solid though.

Definitely worth the $100.

I finally got mine today. After cancelling from Targus and ordering from PalmGear, it is here. I'm so excited! It is an amazing device, and I am so happy to own one! Definately worth the wait. Now to install the drives and actually type on it...

Talking

I bought mine on 5/3 from Comp USA in Pleasanton, CA. After looking around the store for 1/2 an hour, I found one on top of the display rack. Looks like I bought the last one or the only one they had. One thing I notice about the keyboard thats it's hard for me to position my hands "by feel". I always tend to put my left pinky over the caps lock key. It's a little hard going from a desktop keyboard to this.

Thumbs up

I went to Staples just because I would rather give them my money than CompUSA....but they kid there said they didn't have them. I told him the website says they do (didn't really look) and told him to search the back but he was being lazy...so I told him I would go to CompUSA and spend my money.

CompUSA had them right next all the other Handspring stuff. Not even locked up. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I haven't tried it on my lap.....but I love it....I was worried there was no place to put your stylus when typing, but there are these little holes at each corner that hold the stylus.

I just need to program the Command shortcuts and then learn them.

And of course, my wife is pissed I spent the money.....so I might be on the couch using it tonight.....guess I can test out the lap thing!
