-- Problems with Minijam? (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=8301)
The headphone connector for my minijam seems to have a connection problem -- rotating the headphone jack causes the sound to fade then return, making it easy to lose the sound if it is accidentally bumped. I've e-mailed innogear customer support, but have not received any reply yet. I'll keep trying, but was wondering if anyone else had a similar problem.
Rotating the headphone jack can cause the volume to decrease on any audio player, not just on the MiniJam (try it out w/ a Walkman). I'm not sure why this happens, but it may have to do with the headphone's cord being pulled out a tiny bit as it's rotated.

Batteries and Loading
I have found that the minijam draws a real load on the batteries and causes a voltage drop while loading files from the PC. This seems to be a cause of "Lost connection" problems. I pretty much need a new set of batteries to load songs. Then I can swap in the older ones as the visor itself can go a whole week on ones that fail when loading.
