-- Hagiwara Reigns Supreme (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=14417)
While some of you have been publicly suffering through your Hagiwara/3rd party conflicts, I have been suffering alone in the shadows with my worst crash and burn yet, and it took me 4 days to dig out.
When I finally got my data restored, I e-mailed Hagiwara.
Marcos Lam got back to me within 24 hours and solved the problem with a proprietary patch that restored the function of my Godzilla 16 MB Memory Module.
Why was I sufferring in silence?
Because Palm turned their back on me saying "Third Party Software" voids their responsibility to help me. (I have owned 2 PalmPilots, 3 Handsprings, and all the toys, as well as over 300 PalmOS programs, and have even developed my own database for freeware medical use. I guess someone else must deserve their support more than me.)
Because I was using third party software I never used before (JackBack) without reading the directions.
Because I had Tony Rudenko soup up my Prism to a smokin' 16 MB and I did not want to believe that flawless upgrade could have been involved in the conflict.
Because I practice unsafe unprotected sex on the internet by downloading and trying out anything that moves.
Nothing beats going to the source.
6 Stars for Hagiwara for sticking with the customer, and knowing the answer to the problem!

Tony's 16 MB Upgrade is still working flawlessly.
Hagiwara's 16 MB Memory Module is working flawlessly.
Braydar's JackBack is working flawlessly.
The problem (which has been the cause of every crash and burn I've experienced), is the IDIOT that pushed the wrong button.
Fortunately, Technical Support at the companies who make this stuff have saved my butt EVERY TIME.
