Has anyone received an e-newsletter from Handspring? I signed up on Nov. 11 when I ordered a VD (which I haven't received, but patiently wait). I figure the least they could do is send out a newsletter, so people know they still exist. I would consider there shipping problems "news", I realize they may not want to promote the negative aspects (that everybody knows about anyway), but they could mention if they are improving them. The only reason they should not have time to send out a newsletter is if the administration is in the warehouse packing boxes themselves.

Gee, I thought it was just me.

I signed up on October 6th and nary a newsletter since.
Though realistically what could the newsletter say?
Yes, we know we said you'd all have your visors by now, but this time it's for sure!

There has been only one issue of the eNewsletter and it came out before Oct. 25th. Don't feel slighted a lot of people that signed up for it didn't get it. I was one of the lucky ones and to tell you the truth it was virtually everything that was on their web page....nothing to shout about.

They are probably not going to produce another one until they get everything resolved regarding their order entry and shipping. I'll for go the newsletter I'm awaiting a custom case that was ordered Oct. 6th.
