In the address book, I synched some records that are all messed up. A lot of them! I need to delete the entire category, but I can't figure out how. Help!!!!

Unfortunately, UI on the handheld device doesn't really lend itself to the mass manipulation of individual records. Thus, some of this is easier to do in the Palm Desktop software...

Open the address book function, select the category that contains the messed up records. Select all the records in the list, then press the delete key.

Then click on the category drop down, select "Edit Categories" entry. Select the category in the resulting list, and press the "Delete" button.

Note: If you delete the category as described above without first deleting the records, I believe all the records in the category you are deleting will just be put into the "Unfiled" category.
