Broken Edge Screen

Well, The inevitable happened.
We just moved to Florida. I have been hauling my Visor Edge all over the place like a baby. But my bride of 47yrs decided to pick ita and guess what ?
Here are my options
1-Is there any place cheap to fix a broken screen ?
2-Should I purchase a new or refurbished Edge ?
3-Or should I bail out altogether and purchase a Sony ?
I will not buy a Palm

Screen fixes are expensive--
You're probably better off getting a refurb or one on e-bay--
