Has anyone had this. My visor when you turn it off for about 10 min. It wont turn back on. If I hit the reset button on the back it starts up fine. but if I leave it off again it wont turn on. There are no apps on it and it even happens after a hard reset. HELP!!!

My IVD just arrived today. I have the same problem. Let it set for more than 5 to 10 minutes and it won't power on without a reset. Have you found a solution?

I too have had the same problem. I contacted tech support. What the dude told me was to turn off, soft reset about 14 times and see if it turned on. Then he said to try a hard reset. I've been reading other message boards and the same problem has been around. They ended up sending it back. Sorry but that's all I know at the present.

Have you guys installed any third-party software?

This problem happened to me as a result of BackupBuddy installing several incompatible apps that I had on my Palm IIIx.

Check the FAQ on this board for an incompatibility list.
