Flakeing paint on case and buttons

I had paint rubing off the back of the case of my prism after 4 months also the writing on the buttons was comming off and came completely off one button. I use the visor about 2 hours a week. Any way called support and told them and it was all good and the guy hooked me up with a new one.

Flaking Paint

I guess I am wierd, but I don't mind the flaking paint on my Prism. I think it makes it look "Seasoned" - Like a well used pair of Jeans. It still performs flawlessly, and I have grown attached to this particular Prism.

Same here. I always have it in my E&B Slipper anyway, and the piant, (or slight lack of) doesn't change performance in the slightest. I can understand people exchanging, but I don't really care. Besides, a little paint missing isn't worth the chance of exchanging my Prism for a refurb.

I'm of the same opinion. My paint started rubbing off from day 1, but it made the thing look "lived in." If it hadn't been for the power LED crapping out on me a couple of weeks ago, I would have held on to it, but now I have a replacement unit (with paint already starting to rub off)
