Hotsynch help?

Please forgive me if this is covered in another thread, but I have waded through 4 different "synch" searches and I can't seem to find any answers I am having trouble synching my new platinum. I beamed my address book from my other visor to the plat, no prob. However, I am not able to send information from the plat to the desktop. The desktop does not accept the address book, nor does it accept any of the memos or datebook info that I put in the plat. I removed the palm program and installed the palm desktop again to no avail. Any help, advice, or redirects would be greatly appreciated.


Forget it. I am a complete moron. I found the prob in hotsynch-custom on desktop. For some reason it said do nothing for those apps. Good news? It works now and in the process of looking for the answer to that question, I learned A LOT from reading the other posts
