Does anyone know if there is a cable that allows your visor to connect to my nokia cell phone. Thx for your help.

i think the unreleased six-pack springboard allows you to connect to your cell phone for wireless internet and stuff, and you might be able to do some stuff between the visor and the phone via infared. im not really sure

As for IR, despite what they look like, few US cell phones have the actual IR circuits. Most just have the same plastic body as the European phones without the IR circuits underneath.
