Mortgage/Amortization Calculator

I'm a new Visor Platinum user and am looking for a freeware or shareware mortgage/loan calculator that will not only give monthly payment, but also the related annual totals of interest and principal. I haven't looked too long, figuring you folks here could save me some time. Thanks for any help!

Try the financial mode of the advanced calculator. It does TVM calculations and amortization schedules with running totals. Should give you what you're looking for.

I use LoanIQ from eFunda.com. I tried it out before paying the $10 fee. It's a very easy to use calc that also does leases. Try it out on www.efunda.com . They have a lot of online calcs available also.
