-- concerning the generic v dlx cover - is it me, or are there others... (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=10438)
Hmm, I have been reading and it seems everyone hates the cover that ships with the visor dlx. granted, it's not as nice as other covers that ship seperately, but i don't find it that bad. in fact, i sort of like it... that is just my $.02

Nothing terribly wrong with the cover per se but
1. If you want to get your Visor out in a hurry to do a quick data entry it becomes a two handed affair with the potential to drop the unit
2. The leather slip case makes the Visor wider that often then a harder fit for shirt pockets
That my 0.02c anyway

I don't especially like the cover itself, but love the fact that it allows you to put the Visor into a case without using velcro. [/B][/QUOTE]
On that point, has anybody tried the modification where you cut the leather slip case, stick the plastic cover to it and create your own flip case for the Visor? I am tempted to do it give I had a Vaja case on order anyway
