Specifying with what software the Visor Deluxe should sync with.

It has been at least three years since I set up my Deluxe and I can't find the instructions on how to specify what software the Deluxe syncs to (curerently set for Outlook). I have the PDF User file that came on the Deluxe CD, can't find the instructions there. Where might I look?
