Can anyone explain this?

I use a Visor Deluxe and my partner uses a Palm Vx. We share an assistant who syncs both our calendars with Palm Desktop on her computer (setting mine to "handheld overrides desktop" and his to "synchronize"). She uses the Handspring version of the desktop software (is there a difference?).

This worked fine for months, until just the other day when she sync'd my partner's Palm V and it erased his entire calendar on both the desktop and the Palm. She re-entered all the data and it happened again.

When she called Palm technical assistance, they blamed it on incompatibilities with the Handspring version of the software. I don't get it. Any ideas?

I can't help with your problems, but have you tried http://www.wesync.com/wesyncUSER/wesync/home/index.asp they "give people the flexibility to share calendar and contacts information - and the assurance of knowing it's always up to date"

I dont use it and I don't work for them either.
