Is anyone aware of any software (ie, Intellisync, Companion Link, etc) that will allow me to synch my ACT 4.0 data utilizing the USB cradle? I would rather not have to go backward and buy a serial cradle. thanks.

I think that you can use the ACT PalmPilot Link..it just installs the conduits into the hotsync manager, it should not matter that you use ISB as apposed to serial.

I've no problem using the Companion Link software/conduit and a USB cradle. Also the FREE conduit from the ACT! site also worked (just didn't / wouldn't transfer all the fields I wanted)
