Setup:

Everywhere: 1 Visor Deluxe
Home: 1 Win98 box with USB cradle with Outlook 2000.
Work: 1 networked WinNT box with serial cradle with Outlook 98.

Synching seems to work fine for most things except email. Everytime I synch on a new machine, all my original email on the Visor gets deleted and the email from the desktop gets copied onto the Visor. I've set the software up for both for "synchronize" instead of "desktop overwrites handheld".

Note that despite the fact that both computers use Outlook, the email accounts are different, but the synch software at least both have the same user name for the Visor.

Any help would be appreciated.

Get Intellisync
Create Different Folders on Both Outlook Programs. One for one mail account, and another for the other.

Clarification:
I don't do it with my mail, but its the same situation. I have 2 sets of contacts. My work and personal. I created a sub Contact folder on both Outlook Clients. With Intellisync, I just add both folders for my Sync. On the Visor, I have a category for my Personal contacts and one for Business. Thats how Map them to each of the 2 folders.
