I couldn't synch with my USB cradle. I went over the HS troubleshooting info one last time and noticed they say to reduce the speed. I tried it and it finally worked! After trying everything I could think of for more than a week.

This is also something that Palm users can use to troubleshoot sync problems. Lowering the speed reduces some transmission errors.
