Sending positive thoughts and wishes

I'd like to add my wishes for her speedy recovery (even though there's more ahead), and hope she continues to be upbeat. A good attitude is a strong weapon agains this disease.

My mom went through this over 12 years ago, and it was a tough battle. She's doing fine now, after a masectomy and two years of chemo. She's one tough lady, and I'm thankful that I'll have more time with her. She'll be 70 in March.

Take good care of that gal of yours. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
