Greetings,

Lately I have been having problems synching with TrueSync. It used to work before but now it hangs when it is at "Preparing Palm Device" step, the leftmost progress bar shows 37% complete and the one at the right 100%.

I am attempting to synch via USB cradle under Win 98.

Anybody know how to solve this problem?

I haven't had that problem but you may want to get the new accessors from StarFish that were recently released. They did fix several problems.

I upgraded, and now everything works.

I get a message about some contact having too many fields, but the synchronization goes through anyway.

I've gotten similar messages, usually because one of my Outlook contacts has too many (more than 5 I think) phone number fields assigned.
