Okay, I finally decided to jump in. I sat on hold for 2+20 before my screaming wife and babies made me decide to wait one more day. How long did you sit on hold and what time of day did you call? (Please include your time zone)I was on hold from 6:20 pm MDT until 8:40 pm.
I called twice (but some time ago) evening (Beijing Time) - extreme early morning HS time (4:00 AM or so in Toronto).
I got immidiately connected.
I think it's worthwhile to set your alarm clock.
PS: If calling from overseas 800 or 888 number are not free

I've called several times. Minimum wait 20 minutes, max about 45 minutes.
If you waited over 2 hours, you've got way too much patience.
Time of call varied, but was always Pac Coast business hours.

I've been on hold for about an hour. I give up.

I have called three times, first to order a standard visor, then to change it to a deluxe and finally to confirm it and add express shipping. I'm in the central time zone. First time I called was about 9:00pm on a Friday night, no hold, second was about noon on a Tuesday, 45 minute hold, and the last timewas at 6:30am on a thursday, no hold.
I called Sunday night at about 10 pm EDT. Waited only about 5 minutes.
i called thursday night EST about 7 pm and didnt get anyone to pick up before 8:30 pm.
nice huh? and i waited on hold that long to CANCEL MY ORDER.
I called at 4:30 pm yesterday and didn't get a CSR until after 6 pm. About 10 minutes before the CSR, I was taken away from the initial guy+muzac holding to a girl+muzac holding. It was as if I was on hold to be put on hold. While talking to the CSR, he said that he had 150+ people on hold at the moment.
I'm on hold right now. 2:15pm EST - have been on hold for about 30 minutes. Like Zippy2, I was first listening to a man tell me how special I am and then I got "transferred" to a woman who is telling me I am now in priority sequence.
Just remember - your patience is appreciated.
I had no wait at all -- got a CSR right away. It was 4-something pm, EST.
(Um, that was September 14th, which may have helped.)
I called earlier today, waited for an hour, hung up, tried back in about an hour and got through in about 15min! HANG IN THERE! Also, try and bring a small amount of cheer to the csr's life, remember, they have a crappy job right now with the entire world calling and either ordering (easy) or asking questions that they may not be able to answer (depending on when you ordered.) It worked for me! See Credit card charge for the story.

10/18 10:15 pm CST 58:35 wait before I gave up.
But I do feel appreciated.
I have tried to order a visor deluxe 3 times on three different days. Atleast one hour hold time each time with no luck.
Some times late in the night (midnight est), day time.
Listening to the message, sure feel like appreciated.
These guys must be pretty arrogant ha:-(
All these people on standard time instead of daylight time, strange! (isn't that only in Indiana and Arizona?)
9/14 5:00 PM PDT - no holding CSR Walter
10/19 3:00-3:50 PM PDT - 50 mins on hold CSR Walter again
I called a couple of times after 3:00 AM, no hold time. However, the people I spoke with were saying my Visor had shipped, but my card wasn't billed. They said I needed to call during business hours and speak with a supervisor. (sorry)
Called 10/19: just under 2 hours on hold. I also found out that my Visor hadn't shipped, but that it would in a week. Or maybe two weeks. At any rate if I didn't recieve it within 3 weeks I should call back. #$%&^#$&!
Thanks for the support. I tried again on 10/19 around 8:00 am MDT waited about 15 minutes and when someone answered I asked them to please hold while I got my stuff together. After a few minutes of fumbling around with my credit cards I ordered my V DLX in graphite with an extra stylus pack and a serial cradle, express shipping, got information on warranty and thought about what else I needed to know....Can't think of anything so I'll be going....Click....OH SH*& What is my total charge????
Gonna get a movie from Blockbuster and curl up with a bowl of popcorn while I sit patiently on hold while my wife starts preparing divorce papers and my children beg for some quality time....
6 hours on hold today (called at 8am PDT and call didn't pickup until 2:15pm PDT)... Good thing I have speakerphone!!
That's insane.
I thought I was a little irrational for holding a total of 4 hours (three calls, one day).
First call, had to hang up after an hour.
Second call. disconnected after two hours.
Third call, finally reached someone after 1 hour.
This was monday.
It is now just about 2:40 AM EST and I have been on hold 40 minutes. 40 minute hold times? At this time of night???

I was on late last night and was wondering why I was waiting so long until I realized how many people in California were probably calling. Since they are three hours behind us, it was only about 11:30 there. That's probably why you were waiting so long. I tried again this morning (7:30EST / 4:30Pacific) and got through in about 10 minutes.
I tried it last night as well. Went on hold around 11:45 PM (eastern) & finally spoke with George at 1:15 AM. At least he was able to locate my info & tell me it was already out the door.
