Hard reset?

I need to do a "Hard Reset" on my Visor Prism but I don`t know how?
Can anybody help?

Hard reset...

To do a hard reset you need to hold down the power button while inserting the reset pin in the reset hole...then when prompted press up to delete your visor...what is the problem? Maybe I can help.

Thanks, the reason for doing a "Hard Reset" is that I got myself a "Treo 180" and I will use my "Prism" together "Magellan GPS Companion" and then I will like to start sync. from scratch.
