Hi, all.

While I'm enjoying the heck out of my new
graphite Visor Deluxe, I did run across an
system extension conflict under Mac OS 8.6
that some of you iMac owners should know
about. I discovered a MacPac 2.1 related extensions conflict with one of the
extensions that supports Griffin Technology's
iPort card (which gives Rev. A & B iMacs
a traditional Mac serial and video port).
Griffin's 'iPort Monitor' extension produces
a system freeze at boot time if used with
MacPac 2.1. (Just FYI, I'm using a Rev. B
iMac with MacOS 8.6).

If any other Mac drivers have seen any
extensions conflicts (and definitively
identified the extension in question)
reply to this topic and let's start a
thread.

I have the new IMac DV and can not get the handspring MAC Pac to work. Any suggestions or do I send it back and upgrade my old Palm III.
